Heidelberg SBG 'Zenith' Cylinder.

Maximum sheet size - 560mm x 770mm

This machine has been completely rebuilt to 'Zenith' standards featuring state of the art electronics - the first of its kind in Scotland.

The feeder is set to the correct sheet size and suction is used to transfer the sheet to the grippers.

The grippers then carry the sheet onto the cylinder jacket, to the impression bed and from there to the delivery table.

For scoring or perforating, the blades are simply positioned on the bed.

To cut a shape, a cutting die is made, and this is positioned on the bed.
