MBO T530 6/4+4 Folder
Maximum sheet size - 530mm x 840mm.
The feeder is set to the correct sheet size and feeding is aided
by a rear separation suction head and side air blast.
The sheet is fed into the first set of buckle plates. The option
to use any combination of the 6 plates is available, along with
inline scoring and perforating.
From the first unit the folded sheet is fed to the first return
unit which has 4 more buckle plates and again scoring and perforating
inline. A second return unit with an additional 4 plates is attached
for extra folds if required.
Once the relevant folds are made, the sheet is transported to a
shingle delivery.
The combination of 6 plates + 4 plates + 4 plates makes this folder
one of the most versatile in the marketplace today, capable of handling
almost every imposition possible.
