Maximum sheet size - 650mm x 960mm.
The feeder is set to the correct sheet size and feeding is aided
by a rear separation suction head and front air blast.
The sheet is fed into the first set of buckle plates. The option
to use any combination of the 4 plates is available, along with
inline scoring and perforating.
From the first unit the folded sheet is fed to the first knife
for a possible further fold also with inline scoring or perforating.
At the back of the first knife there is another folding plate which
can add one more fold before feeding the sheet to the last knife.
Once the relevant folds are made, the sheet is transported to a
shingle delivery.
